CoverGo is seeking a Digital Insurance Project Manager to join its fully remote global team. The employer operates a no-code insurance platform serving enterprise clients such as AXA, Bupa, and MSIG across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and guide new and existing project executions within the company operations.

Responsibilities
- Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff
- Contribute to solution proposals, client pursuits, and proofs of concept
- Assist with contract creation and related client communications
- Identify and secure growth opportunities for current clients
- Monitor project progress and modify workflows as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of all project phases
- Host weekly project reviews and generate status reports using standard company metrics
- Handle all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Identify and address project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Optimize and improve processes and delivery approaches continuously
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Strong domain knowledge of insurance
- Extensive client-facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects according to defined scope, budget, and timeline
- Must be based in Canada
