CoverGo seeks a Digital Insurance Project Manager to guide the execution of new and current initiatives within its operations. Operating as a global no-code insurance platform specializing in health, life, and P&C, CoverGo serves major enterprise clients such as AXA, Bupa, and MSIG. The international team consists of over 120 employees spanning 30 nationalities, backed by institutional investors and venture capital funds.
This fully remote position suits professionals aiming to direct transformative initiatives within the insurtech sector. The ideal candidate will take charge of project scheduling, build client relationships, and steer projects through every stage of their life cycle while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Key duties involve directing project planning sessions, contributing to solution proposals and proofs of concept, managing documentation, and tracking project progress. The person in this role will host weekly review meetings, generate metrics reports, and spot growth paths with current clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Run project planning meetings alongside internal staff and client personnel
- Contribute to solution proposals, client pursuits, and proofs of concept
- Assist with contract creation and associated client communications
- Spot and help capture expansion opportunities for current clients
- Track project progression and adjust work plans as needed
- Make sure projects are delivered on schedule
- Lead weekly project reviews and build status reports using standard company metrics
- Handle all incoming and outgoing project files
- Track and resolve issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies
- Refine and enhance processes and strategies when appropriate
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Solid insurance domain knowledge
- Demonstrated client-facing background
- Experience managing projects through their complete life cycle
- Proven capability to finish projects according to defined scope, budget, and schedule
- Residency in Canada
