RSI Security is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the marketing department and help expand online reach, generate leads, and boost digital engagement. In this position, the professional will oversee and fine-tune various digital initiatives, ranging from search engine optimization and paid promotions to email marketing, automation workflows, and overall website performance. This position suits a data-oriented marketing professional who takes pleasure in refining systems, testing growth tactics, and achieving quantifiable marketing outcomes. The incoming team member will report directly to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities span technical search engine optimization, content tracking, generative engine optimization, analytics configuration, and performance measurement. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with an external agency on paid search efforts, managing HubSpot attribution, supporting vertical marketing campaigns, and conducting primary market research derived from analytics, sales notes, and competitor analysis rather than relying solely on automated summaries.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical search engine optimization including site health, crawlability, indexing, redirects, and site architecture
- Lead search engine optimization tasks for blog migration projects and conduct post-migration monitoring
- Perform keyword and search intent research targeted at core company services
- Consolidate blog content by merging duplicate articles, removing inactive pages, and rewriting metadata for high-impression pages
- Implement structured data such as FAQ and service schema alongside direct-answer blocks for AI optimization
- Monitor monthly visibility across artificial intelligence search tools for core buyer queries
- Maintain accurate reporting within Google Analytics 4 and Search Console by filtering bots and tracking form submissions
- Execute conversion rate tests on service pages and blog call-to-action elements
- Produce a monthly organic and artificial intelligence visibility scorecard for team meetings
- Collaborate with an external agency on paid search campaigns, landing page quality, and keyword input
- Handle search engine optimization forms, lead source tracking, and campaign attribution inside HubSpot
- Support vertical campaigns and events through landing pages, content briefs, and organic promotion
- Gather primary market research using tools like Search Console, Semrush, sales notes, and competitor websites
