Job Description

Herewith is a healthcare technology company whose care platform links patients, seniors and relatives with non-clinical caregiving help, such as transportation, companionship, mobility support and daily-living assistance. Healthcare organizations are its partners, and families can also search for and reserve helpers using its mobile app or website.

This Digital Marketing Strategist role owns growth performance across paid social and search ads, SEO, newsletters, organic posts and partner channels. The job ties channel results to spending and campaign choices, with the aim of linking each dollar to measurable growth in families, helpers and care-organization partners. The strategist reports to the Content Lead and partners with the content, sales, design and engineering teams and senior leadership.

Day-to-day work includes a monthly performance summary of acquisition cost, conversion, lifetime value and ROAS for each channel, plus dashboards that follow customers from first contact through booking and repeat use. The strategist recommends budget splits by month and quarter, assesses new spend such as partner newsletters and sponsorships, keeps one shared record of spend and results, and weighs family sign-ups against helper sign-ups so supply and demand stay healthy.

On the SEO side, the role owns technical SEO strategy, including audits, page priorities and optimization briefs, using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush. It also shapes seasonal campaigns with the content lead, feeds insights to the content team, oversees email strategy and deliverability, and reports partner co-marketing results to the business development team.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance tracking for each acquisition route, from paid ads to SEO, newsletters, organic posts and partner placements
  • Produce a monthly report covering CAC, conversion rate, LTV and ROAS for every channel
  • Work with engineering on dashboards that follow the full customer lifecycle
  • Suggest how to split budget by month and by quarter, based on channel data
  • Assess new spend options such as partner newsletters and sponsorships
  • Keep a single ledger of spend and outcomes for historical benchmarks
  • Weigh family sign-ups against helper sign-ups for healthy supply and demand
  • Set technical SEO strategy, including audits, page priorities and optimization briefs
  • Build seasonal campaign plans with the content lead
  • Turn analytics into clear briefs for content, social and email teams
  • Oversee email strategy, deliverability and engagement
  • Measure and report partner co-marketing campaigns with business development

Requirements

  • At least 3 years, ideally 5 or more, across performance, growth, digital or marketing analytics
  • You have handled channel budgets yourself and made spend recommendations
  • Track record producing CAC, LTV and ROAS reports that executives relied on when deciding spend
  • Comfortable in Salesforce, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Practical grasp of technical SEO: audits, indexation, information architecture and on-page fixes
  • Ability to turn data into clear briefs for writers and designers
  • Clear writing and speaking skills for audiences from engineers to non-specialists

Qualifications

  • Background in marketplace models, health tech, senior care, subscription consumer products or B2B and SaaS marketing (strongly preferred)
  • SQL skills or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Tableau and similar) are a plus
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
