The organization works with major health plans as well as public and private employers to manage heart disease through digital care.
This position centers on client retention and expansion within an assigned portfolio. The professional in this role will partner internally with marketing, growth, and client success divisions, while reporting directly to the Senior Director, Client Strategy & Growth. Responsibilities include building retention strategies, forging strong bonds with key decision-makers, guiding contract negotiations, and relaying market feedback to product and clinical groups. Candidates must possess significant background in strategy consulting and healthcare, alongside familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools.
The position requires travel ranging from thirty to fifty percent. Total compensation includes an annual base salary between $185,000.00 and $210,000.00, plus bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute client retention and expansion strategies alongside customer success, partnerships, and consultant relations teams.
- Cultivate robust connections with primary client decision-makers and influencers to ensure long-term program success.
- Maintain yearly revenue retention rates at or above 95 percent.
- Facilitate revenue expansion via strategic upsells, client growth, and contract negotiations.
- Perform comprehensive market and competitor evaluations to spot emerging trends and opportunities.
- Monitor regulatory shifts and health plan developments, relaying marketplace insights internally to enhance product alignment.
Requirements
- Hold a Master of Business Administration degree.
- Bring at least three years of management or strategy consulting experience, featuring a minimum of one year at the engagement manager, project leader, or manager tier.
- Demonstrate five or more years of professional background within healthcare, digital health, population health, or a comparable sector.
- Show a proven history of successfully retaining and expanding accounts.
- Possess advanced negotiation abilities and organizational navigation skills.
- Be able to travel between thirty and fifty percent of the time.
Qualifications
- Possess fluency in generative artificial intelligence for crafting client-facing materials, summarizing account data, and synthesizing research.
- Bring previous work background in growth-stage or startup organizations.
