The successful candidate will work closely with both product and corporate engineering teams to design resilient systems, establish thorough documentation, and foster cross-functional knowledge sharing.
This opportunity is well-suited for an autonomous technical leader with deep expertise in Amazon Web Services, infrastructure as code, and production-grade artificial intelligence systems. The annual base salary ranges from $180,000 to $220,000, with total target compensation ranging from $198,000 to $242,000 including an annual performance bonus.

- Support venue networking applications to assist the networking team with access control, connectivity, and on-site audio-visual production
- Establish an observability layer using Loki and Grafana for logging, metrics, and alerting
- Document operational procedures through runbooks and designate backup operators for critical paths
Requirements
- Minimum of nine years of experience building and running production cloud infrastructure
- Deep technical background in Amazon Web Services including multi-account structures, networking, IAM, and container orchestration with EKS or ECS
- Demonstrated experience operating production workloads through incidents, upgrades, and growth
- Fluent in infrastructure as code tooling such as Terraform
- Experience building or rebuilding a CI/CD pipeline and guiding an organization toward automated deployments
- Hands-on experience running AI systems in production from the gateway layer to LLM-backed features
- Ability to estimate and defend architectural cost projections
