This full-time, on-site role in Nigeria oversees administrative, financial and support services across a network of hospitals and healthcare centers. The director manages shared services including HR, finance, procurement, IT and facilities, and develops policies that improve efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee corporate and shared services such as finance, HR, procurement, IT and facilities.
- Maintain administrative records and operational processes to statutory standards.
- Develop policies and procedures that improve shared-service efficiency and quality.
- Analyze operational data and report to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law, financial regulation, procurement standards and healthcare administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Must be a resident of Imo State or open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or a related field; an MSc or MBA is an advantage.
- Certification such as CIPM or CPA is listed as an example of a relevant credential.
