Job Description

Keyfactor, Inc., a leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, is seeking a Director, Global Field & Channel Marketing to drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue worldwide. This individual will oversee field-sourced and field-influenced performance metrics while collaborating closely with the Director of Channel Marketing to support partner engagement priorities. The person in this role will lead a team of field and channel marketing professionals, establishing scalable frameworks and playbooks for global consistency alongside regional adaptation. Key responsibilities include executing integrated regional campaigns, managing territory plans and account-based marketing with sales leadership, optimizing global budgets, and championing modern marketing technology such as AI-driven tools. This position is suited for an experienced enterprise B2B marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong background in cybersecurity or enterprise software. Candidates must have valid legal authorization to work in either the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute global field marketing plans that align with corporate growth goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage and track field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline performance across various target segments and geographies.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing to design account-based marketing initiatives and territory strategies.
  • Build standardized frameworks, playbooks, campaign models, and reporting metrics for worldwide execution.
  • Oversee regional programs spanning events, digital channels, content creation, and partner activations.
  • Direct major conferences, regional roadshows, webinars, executive engagement sessions, and customer experiences.
  • Lead, mentor, and structure a high-performing team of field and channel marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to establish recurring planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  • Work alongside the Director of Channel Marketing to execute co-marketing initiatives and expand partner reach.
  • Manage global budgets, analyze return on investment, and utilize predictive analytics and AI-enabled marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Possess at least 10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrate global or multi-region field marketing leadership experience within enterprise SaaS.
  • Prove a history of owning or materially influencing pipeline and revenue metrics.
  • Show hands-on experience building field strategies across multiple regions while balancing local needs.
  • Maintain fluency with CRM software, marketing automation platforms, intent data systems, and analytics tools.
  • Hold legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

  • Earn a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent related field.
  • Bring strong professional experience specifically within the cybersecurity industry.
