Job Description
ExtraHop seeks a Director of MSSP Sales for the EMEA region to establish, expand, and manage its dedicated managed security service provider and managed detection and response operations. Operating in a remote capacity, this leader will guide how managed service partners utilize the Reveal(x) platform to bring advanced threat detection to their clients. The employer specializes in network detection and response, offering infrastructure visibility, intrusion detection, and performance management to counter modern cyber threats across hybrid environments.
The person in this role will handle the entire partnership journey, from initial partner onboarding and commercial framework design to technical enablement and collaborative sales execution. Initially functioning as a player-coach, the individual will also be tasked with recruiting and managing a team of channel solutions architects and account managers. This position suits a sales leader with extensive cybersecurity background who can build a new go-to-market channel from the ground up and forge trusted relationships with executive leadership at major managed service providers.

- Design and execute a regional strategy focused on top-tier managed service providers and managed detection and response vendors
- Partner with finance, operations, and product teams to build scalable commercial frameworks such as subscription, pay-as-you-grow, and multi-tenant models

- Secure recurring revenue by integrating the platform into the technology stacks of major partners
- Drive both sell-to and sell-through revenue motions with partner sales forces

- Recruit, hire, and lead a team of channel solutions architects and account managers
- Collaborate with enablement teams to create specialized technical training and onboarding programs
- Serve as the internal voice of partners to provide product feedback regarding multi-tenancy and reporting tools
Requirements
- More than ten years of experience in cybersecurity software sales, preferably involving extended detection and response, endpoint detection and response, security information and event management, or network detection and response
- More than five years of dedicated leadership experience in managed security service provider or managed detection and response environments
- Demonstrated success building a new division, route-to-market, or partner program from the beginning
- Familiarity with multi-tenant, usage-based, and utility commercial pricing structures
Qualifications
- Strong technical background to converse authoritatively about architecture, APIs, and integrations with partner technical directors
- Operational discipline to forecast revenue accurately via a partner-led sales motion
- Exceptional communication skills and gravitas to navigate complex multi-party enterprise deal cycles
