M3 USA is hiring a remote Director of Product Management to lead product initiatives for MDLinx. M3 USA is part of the global M3 Group, a publicly traded Japanese healthcare and life science technology leader that reaches millions of physicians internationally. In this role, the selected professional will guide both audience experience and commercial engagement offerings designed to transform pharmaceutical brand promotion through an omnichannel model.
This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced product leader with a strong technical background who has built sophisticated digital products for professional audiences. The individual will oversee strategy, conduct market research, manage the end-to-end physician user experience, and partner closely with sales to meet pharma client needs.
Daily responsibilities span strategic planning, roadmap execution, continuous experience experimentation, go-to-market leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will work directly with engineering teams, leverage modern AI tools, and track adoption metrics to ensure product success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive, market trend, technology, and business model analyses to shape product strategy
- Synthesize audience behavior data and feedback into a living product framework
- Manage physician-facing product surfaces end-to-end including the MDLinx destination and mobile application
- Run continuous experience experimentation across information architecture, layout, and recommendations
- Partner with sales to translate client needs into product features that drive commercial revenue
- Lead go-to-market strategies, messaging, launch activities, and post-launch metric tracking
- Collaborate across sales, marketing, engineering, leadership, and client services departments
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Product, Design, or a related field
- Accumulate 7 to 10 years of product management experience delivering digital products to demanding professional audiences
- Demonstrate a track record of owning both audience-growth and commercial-client lines simultaneously
- Possess technical credibility to read code, engage on architecture trade-offs, and write specs for engineers
- Show daily working fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Copilot
- Have experience shipping or contributing to AI-driven product features such as personalization or recommendations
- Bring practical agile delivery experience as a practitioner and team leader
- Be familiar with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Snowflake, Tableau, or Hotjar
Qualifications
- Obtain an advanced certification in product management, UX, or AI/ML
- Participate in M3's internal AI training and upskilling
- Bring experience in premium media, publishing, subscription, or digital health
- Have familiarity with content or media product stacks including CMS, ESP/CDP, and personalization surfaces
