CleanSpark is seeking a remote Director of Supply Chain & Procurement to lead its enterprise supply chain and procurement operations. In this role, the selected professional will act as a shared service supporting multiple internal teams, including mining, AI data center, energy, technology, operations, and corporate groups. CleanSpark functions as a data center developer on the Nasdaq under the ticker CLSK, holding a portfolio of power, land, and data center assets across the United States.

The person in this position will design a scalable operating model, establish supplier governance, implement purchasing controls, manage supply risks, and provide visibility into enterprise spend. Key duties involve executing category strategies, leading end-to-end strategic sourcing, managing long-lead equipment procurement, and partnering with finance, legal, and commercial operations.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced procurement leader with a background in handling complex capital and enterprise spend across sectors like digital infrastructure, energy, or industrial operations. Candidates must be prepared to travel to company locations, project sites, and supplier facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise procurement, supply chain, and category strategies aligned with operating plans and capital priorities
  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing processes from intake and market analysis to supplier selection and contract coordination
  • Manage critical and long-lead equipment demand planning, capacity analysis, and supplier relationships
  • Establish supplier performance and risk management practices addressing quality, delivery, cost, and logistics constraints
  • Create and maintain procurement policies, approval workflows, competitive bid standards, and internal controls
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen procure-to-pay workflows and spend visibility
  • Oversee supply chain execution for assigned categories including freight, import coordination, and site delivery
  • Build, lead, and mentor a growing team of procurement and supply chain professionals

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or category management experience
  • Experience managing complex capital and enterprise spend
  • Demonstrated background in building, centralizing, or significantly improving procurement functions serving multiple business groups
  • Commercial and negotiation expertise involving master agreements, statements of work, and pricing structures
  • Experience developing internal controls, approval workflows, and supplier governance supported by ERP and procure-to-pay systems
  • Demonstrated people leadership and performance management experience
  • Ability to travel to company locations, project sites, and supplier facilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, engineering, construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Procurement or supply chain experience in data centers, energy, digital infrastructure, industrial operations, construction, or technology hardware
  • Experience working with international suppliers, logistics, customs, tariffs, and factory testing
  • Professional certification such as CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or an equivalent credential
