This full-time leadership position suits an experienced professional capable of overseeing substantial portfolios, managing profit and loss, and guiding large distributed teams.
The chosen candidate will take charge of multi-million dollar portfolios, manage operational execution, and maintain executive-level client relationships. Responsibilities encompass release governance, capacity forecasting, contract management, and workforce development. The role demands extensive background in delivery leadership within the target industry, alongside financial accountability for budgets and margins.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete delivery lifecycle for large-scale travel and hospitality initiatives to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee portfolios valued over ten million dollars with full accountability for profit and loss, revenue forecasting, financial controls, and margin improvement
- Direct and support groups of more than one hundred personnel distributed across various engagements
- Handle capacity planning, resource forecasting, and cross-functional staffing needs
- Identify delivery risks, resolve dependencies, and act as the principal escalation point for major clients and executive stakeholders
- Mentor project managers and Scrum Leads to cultivate a high-performance work culture
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work alongside legal and customer representatives
- Establish governance frameworks and operational procedures to support business expansion and long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Sixteen or more years of professional background
- Extensive delivery leadership, portfolio management, or program management experience specifically in the travel and hospitality sector
- Demonstrated history of directing teams of one hundred or more staff members across multiple projects
- Experience managing portfolios valued at ten million dollars or higher with P&L accountability
- Hands-on expertise in contract creation, negotiation, and administration including MSAs and SOWs
Qualifications
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
