The company is currently hiring a remote Discovery Implementation Manager to oversee the client onboarding process for direct market clients.
This role suits professionals with extensive implementation and client consulting experience who can manage project timelines, consult on industry best practices, and document precise plan requirements. The position involves leading client meetings, mitigating project risks, collaborating with internal product and developer teams, and mentoring colleagues.
The role operates on a remote basis with standard working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 Central Time, and travel may be required as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and project manage the discovery process for Health and Welfare new client onboarding
- Lead clients and team members in defining and documenting requirements from legal plan documents and human resource materials
- Consult clients on best practices and recommend system changes or enhancements based on client needs
- Facilitate implementation kickoff meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and review calls
- Identify and mitigate project and staffing risks while handling schedule timelines
- Partner with internal teams to ensure all scoped services have finalized requirements
- Coach and mentor other team members while contributing to sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience
- Possess current or previous working background with employee benefits and implementation methodologies
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data summaries
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Be available to travel as needed
