Vertex Marketing Group is seeking a Distribution Engineer for a full-time, remote position to scale content distribution through software code rather than manual posting. The company creates content for real creators and builds AI creators, and the role exists to overcome the limitations of manual publishing.
Reporting directly to the founder, the chosen candidate will design and operate a large-scale system utilizing physical iPhones and Android devices, cloud phones, platform APIs, and browser automation to publish hundreds of updates daily across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include building unattended device automation, monitoring account health automatically, deploying AI agents using Claude Code and MCPs to manage pipelines, and tracking performance metrics for every link.
This opportunity is well-suited for an engineer experienced in managing extensive posting automation who prefers building technical infrastructure over executing manual tasks. Compensation ranges from USD 4,000 to 6,000 per month, determined by candidate experience and demonstrated capability.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate a device fleet utilizing iPhones, Android hardware, and cloud phones for automated publishing
- Publish content across Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Threads using platform APIs, browser automation, and device automation at a volume of hundreds of posts daily
- Automate daily account health checks and posting schedules to identify and resolve issues before reach is impacted
- Implement agents using Claude Code and MCPs to manage captions, schedules, health checks, and system recovery
- Track every link to measure performance data by account, post, and surface
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and operating posting automation across 100 or more accounts
- Experience automating unattended iOS devices, Android hardware, or cloud phones
- Proficiency with platform APIs alongside mobile and browser automation, queues, and scheduling tools
- Experience running pipelines with Claude Code, MCPs, and agents
- Clear written proficiency in English
- Residency in Europe or Latin America

- Background in software development, infrastructure, or DevOps
- Experience with growth analytics and data interpretation to guide publishing strategies
