- Manage and mentor Processing Supervisors by setting clear expectations and reviewing performance regularly
- Determine staffing plans, capacity allocations, and workload balances across shifts and queues
- Develop service level targets and operating benchmarks for the department
- Establish KPI frameworks and reporting cadences to track throughput, accuracy, and turnaround times
- Maintain the department standard operating procedure library and compliance controls
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of background in operations, document processing, or a shared-services environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing people leaders
- Ability to work on-site in Tualatin, Oregon during initial training
