Nordic Global is seeking a Dorothy Senior Application Advisor to join its Managed Services team on a remote basis. This position involves delivering expert Epic EHR design, build, testing, and troubleshooting services to clients, while also overseeing customer engagements and mentoring other team members. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and interpersonal skills to guide both internal and customer teams toward successful resolutions.

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to maintain Epic application stability and integrity for complex clients
- Analyze and fulfill customer system requests by translating needs into requirement specifications and completing system builds and testing
- Anticipate and manage the cross-application impacts of system changes
- Oversee and participate in onboarding new customer support team members
- Explain intricate system configurations clearly to IT and operational leadership
- Produce documentation to support consistent process execution
- Delegate tasks, mentor team members in technical and soft skills, and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- Relevant Epic certification
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, implementing, or training Epic modules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotations including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- Epic Dorothy certification and experience
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy application functionality, workflows, and integration points
- Prior management, project management, and system implementation experience
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
