The associate keeps operations aligned with company policies and targets, tracks activity, cancellation, rating and KPI data, and coaches weaker performers. The role also resolves community concerns, designs welfare and productivity programs, monitors competitor activity, and reports recommendations to management.
Responsibilities
- Support the community structure and its leaders, and keep operations aligned with company policies and targets.
- Analyze community metrics such as activity rates, cancellations, ratings and KPI compliance, and coach where needed.
- Resolve community concerns quickly and coordinate assistance requests across departments.
- Design and run welfare, engagement and productivity programs, and monitor incentive program results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related course.
- At least 3 years in operations management, ideally in transportation or logistics.
- Computer literacy, including Google Sheets, Docs and Forms.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work beyond regular hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Able to handle other department processes with less supervision.
