Angkas is hiring a Driver Acquisition Specialist on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The role plans and manages recruitment campaigns through social media ads and flyers, watches the acquisition funnel to find where prospective drivers drop off, and runs recruitment events or pop-up activations. It also involves working with local partners and fleet owners to source drivers in volume, and reporting acquisition numbers and growth trends to operations leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage driver acquisition campaigns using social media ads and flyers.
- Track the acquisition funnel, including new leads and drop-off points.
- Organize driver recruitment events or pop-up activations.
- Work with local partners and fleet owners to source drivers in bulk, and report growth trends to operations leads.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation and acquisition.
- A track record of excellent customer service.
- Skill in producing data reports and presenting them to stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
