The associate tracks new drivers' activity and performance during their first 21 days, builds strategies to lift engagement and productivity, and works with fleet managers to support them. The role also contacts new drivers regularly, spots early performance trends, and helps create onboarding materials for drivers at an early stage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze new driver activity and performance during the first 21 days.
- Design and apply strategies to boost engagement and productivity among new drivers.
- Work with fleet managers to support new drivers and identify early risks and opportunities.
- Contact new drivers by call, message and email, and help build onboarding content for early-stage drivers.
Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in activation or onboarding.
- A track record of excellent customer service.
- Skill in producing data reports and presenting them to stakeholders, including the executive team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
