Surgo is recruiting Dutch-speaking sales agents to work fully from home on a rotating-shift basis. The role covers inbound and outbound calls for a client in the Dutch telecom market, focused on saving customers who may leave and on selling additional products and services to existing subscribers.
Agents explain the value of offers, tailor solutions to each customer's needs, answer inquiries and resolve issues. They also record every interaction and sales activity in the CRM, keep customer records current, and work toward sales targets and KPIs. - Home office setup meeting the connection, backup power and document requirements
Qualifications
- Previous sales or commercial call experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Native-level Dutch is highly preferred
- Experience with B2C telecom customers
