This position involves conducting business analysis workshops, documenting functional specifications, and configuring modules within Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Central. The consultant performs gap analyses, creates Functional Design Documents, and assists with User Acceptance Testing, alongside delivering end-user training and operational assistance.

Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis sessions and gather requirements to translate them into Dynamics 365 functional specifications
- Map business processes and configure D365 modules across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Central
- Conduct gap analyses and author Functional Design Documents
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and provide post-implementation support
- Deliver functional guidance and training to end users

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience working as a Functional Consultant focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central
- Extensive domain expertise covering financial operations, supply chain management, or core business operations
- Practical background in requirement collection, module configuration, and testing
- Strong communication capabilities and stakeholder management expertise
- Residency in Canada
