Job Description
Quisitive is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Architect to join their consulting delivery team. This full-time position places the selected professional in a hands-on, billable delivery role where they will design and implement technology solutions for various clients. Quisitive is a recognized Microsoft global partner specializing in cloud transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise data strategy, and agentic AI. Since 2016, the organization has experienced significant growth, expanding its presence across Canada, the United States, and India.
This opportunity is designed for experienced technical architects who want to remain deeply engaged in building solutions rather than merely reviewing them. The professional will oversee end-to-end technical delivery, manage technical risks, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers. Candidates will work with platforms including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse integrations. The role requires direct client interaction, including leading architecture and design workshops, as well as occasional support for sales scoping and technical presentations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a billable consulting architect responsible for technical delivery success
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery from early design through post-go-live support
- Design and construct Dataverse-first architectures for clients with varying levels of complexity
- Define environment strategies, data models, and security models
- Build model-driven customizations, plugins, integrations, flows, and Power Pages solutions
- Collaborate with Microsoft Fasttrack to validate solutions as needed
- Assist sales with technical presentations and project scoping
- Identify and resolve technical risks and obstacles
- Coach developers through hands-on guidance and code evaluations
- Lead architecture and design workshops with clients
- Engage in the Dynamics ecosystem by writing blogs, presenting, attending conferences, and hosting webinars
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect
- Demonstrated success in billable consulting delivery or within private industry
- Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture
- Practical background in Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management
- Proficiency in C# and JavaScript
- Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Background working with a Microsoft systems integrator
- Prior experience managing onshore and offshore technical consultant teams
- Industry background with manufacturing clients
- Experience owning multiple concurrent delivery projects
- Background in Dynamics CRM or on-premises to online migration projects
- Experience leading architecture workshops and proofs of concept
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
