NVIDIA is hiring a remote, full-time Engagement Tech Lead, Agentic AI. In this position, the professional will spearhead technical collaborations involving Generative and Agentic AI software alongside top Enterprise ISV partners. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the specialist will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, guide software platform architects, and remain hands-on by designing and delivering production agentic systems.
This role bridges platform strategy, hands-on artificial intelligence execution, and high-level communication. Daily duties involve collaborating closely with internal product, engineering, and research teams to shape future roadmaps based on real production deployments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment at the frontier of artificial intelligence and demonstrates versatility across enterprise software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical partnerships with key ISV accounts to establish adoption timelines and goals
- Design and write code, reference architectures, and methods for multi-agent workflows, inference, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Coordinate the execution cadence and share deployment insights with product, engineering, and research divisions
- Build expertise across the agentic artificial intelligence lifecycle including fine-tuning, reasoning, and production inference
- Represent partner requirements internally to influence product roadmaps
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience in technical product, engineering, or solutions positions within enterprise software and production artificial intelligence
- Direct customer- or partner-facing background
- Deep learning and artificial intelligence foundation with experience building enterprise-grade generative artificial intelligence systems
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern artificial intelligence stacks such as LangChain and vector databases
- Understanding of enterprise deployment methodologies including MLOps, LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and governance
Qualifications
- Master of Science or Doctor of Philosophy degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated track record of influencing complex product decisions via partner relationships
- Familiarity with the cloud provider and ISV landscape
