In this position, you will direct end-to-end delivery across cross-functional product teams, ensuring that projects meet high quality standards and predictable timelines. The role suits an experienced technical leader with a strong background in software development who can bridge product requirements with backend execution. The hiring process consists of a preliminary recruiter phone call, a live coding and code review evaluation, a system design discussion, a project planning and product thinking round, and a final behavioral and technical interview with the hiring manager. Moniepoint operates as an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.
