Job Description

VergeSense provides workplace AI software to large enterprises that want tighter control over their property portfolios. Its Meridian Platform pulls together Wi-Fi, badge access, room booking and spatial sensor feeds, and the company reports that clients have identified lease avoidance and footprint reductions worth millions. Its buyers are Fortune 500 companies.

This is a full-time, remote enterprise sales position aimed at new logos inside top-tier accounts. The rep would speak with senior leaders such as chief real estate officers, chief financial officers and chief information officers, and would pitch business results like cost optimization and better employee experience rather than product features. Purchases typically involve several departments, including corporate real estate, workplace strategy, human resources and procurement. The account executive drives each deal from first discovery through technical review and contract talks. Base pay is listed at $120,000 to $130,000 a year, with competitive compensation and equity on top.

Reps often compete against the default option, such as an external broker, a consultant or an in-house team handling the analysis manually. Candidates would produce financial impact analyses and board-level business cases, and convert occupancy measures, such as active versus passive use of space, into decisions leadership can act on. The job also includes managing the pipeline, forecasting accurately and growing accounts over time. The posting notes that AI tools help recruiters screen applications, but that people make the final hiring calls.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth discovery into each enterprise's real estate constraints, hybrid staffing patterns and capital priorities
  • Assemble buy-in across real estate, workplace, HR, purchasing and enterprise groups around one shared plan
  • Produce outcome-focused proposals and financial assessments alongside the internal outcomes team
  • Run the full enterprise cycle, from early strategy work through technical validation and contract negotiation
  • Use integrations with major ecosystem partners to speed results for shared clients
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals through tight pipeline control, accurate forecasts and expansion selling

Requirements

  • At least five years carrying a quota in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Closed deals in the six- and seven-figure range, roughly $100K to over $1M in annual recurring revenue
  • A consultative, value-led sales approach that has been proven in practice
  • Experience building trust with senior cross-functional leaders and presenting to executive committees
  • Comfortable turning platform telemetry, AI simulations and network design into business logic
  • Documented history of beating quota consistently and ranking in the top tenth of the team

Qualifications

  • Prior selling into corporate real estate, PropTech, workplace management software, smart buildings or enterprise infrastructure SaaS
  • Consulting background that uncovers real needs and reshapes the solution accordingly
  • Hands-on use of intent data tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Demandbase or ZoomInfo
  • Day-to-day use of AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and equity
  • Employer-paid medical coverage, with dental and vision depending on location
  • Open vacation policy
