Job Description
Nash acts as the delivery infrastructure layer for large retailers and commerce companies, providing a programmable platform that unifies decision-making, operational control, and capacity orchestration. The organization is currently expanding into Latin America to support existing enterprise customers entering the region. This position serves as the inaugural customer success and solutions hire in Latin America, combining technical pre-sales design with post-sale account management, adoption tracking, renewals, and the creation of regional operational frameworks.
The role suits professionals with extensive background in customer success, solutions consulting, or logistics operations who enjoy building processes from the ground up in a startup environment. Working with international leadership and central engineering teams, the chosen candidate will lead technical discovery, oversee implementations, manage regional accounts, and act as the primary regional voice for product adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical and operational aspects of enterprise sales cycles in Latin America, including discovery, integration strategies, demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
- Oversee full regional implementation cycles from requirements gathering and system configuration to go-live and operational stabilization.
- Maintain ongoing account relationships, monitor health metrics and delivery performance, and drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities without holding a sales quota.
- Design and document the Latin American customer success framework, addressing regional carrier networks, payment practices, and delivery expectations.
- Provide regional market insights to central product and engineering teams to guide future product development.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience across customer success, solutions engineering, implementation, or operations roles within SaaS, logistics, or marketplaces.
- Technical capability to lead engineering-level discovery, define integration approaches, write basic SQL, and perform initial configuration troubleshooting.
- Understanding of delivery operations, particularly regarding regional carrier ecosystems, payment standards, and addressing conventions.
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
