SnappyCX is hiring Sales Callers on behalf of a client that sells copy paper and toner. This full-time position involves making outbound telephone calls to prospective buyers to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth. Workers will operate within a collaborative team setting while carrying out their duties remotely.
Suitable candidates are enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy customer service and want to achieve targets. Team members must participate in daily collaboration through Zoom and maintain engagement throughout the workday. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, which includes a one-hour meal break.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound telephone sales calls via RingCentral
- Establish and maintain connections with current and prospective clients
- Talk with buyers to determine their needs and present suitable solutions
- Explain the offerings and services thoroughly
- Log customer interactions and sales tasks using Hubstaff and additional software
- Participate in team collaboration through Zoom while remaining active throughout the working day
- Achieve or surpass sales objectives to support the team
Requirements
- Possess advanced verbal communication skills in the English language
- Demonstrate persuasive communication abilities
- Maintain availability from 7 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, including a one-hour break
- Have a dependable internet connection
- Use a personal computer equipped with a functional microphone and camera for Zoom
Qualifications
- Prior background in telephone customer service or phone-based sales
- Previous experience utilizing software applications such as RingCentral, Hubstaff, and Zoom
