GRAIL, a healthcare company focused on early cancer detection, is hiring a Centralized Event Operations Specialist for its Event Blood Draw Team. The remote, full-time role runs standardized logistics, inventory fulfillment and administrative dispatch, and links the Events team with logistics partners. Occasional onsite support is part of the role, with travel of up to 25 percent. Candidates are approved to work from their city and state within the US.
Responsibilities
- Run recurring event workflows, including test requisition forms, courier scheduling and clinic dispatch
- Act as the operational liaison between the Events team and logistics partners such as BioTouch
- Manage marketing collateral and kit ordering to prevent stockouts
- Maintain 100 percent SLA adherence on shipping deadlines and post daily event status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Experience supporting in-person or clinical operations or events with several work streams
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent to support onsite events
Qualifications
- At least five years of work experience
- Experience with logistics and provider or channel-based business models
- Working knowledge of program or project management software
