TripActions is hiring a full-time, on-site Event Travel Manager to deliver high-level event travel management services to key clients, team leads, and internal leaders. In this role, you will act as a primary client contact across the US, helping travelers manage reservations for flights, hotels, cars, and rail. Responsibilities include resolving issues before and after trips, coordinating program planning from the post-sale phase through final billing, and maintaining project documentation to ensure compliance with service agreements.

You will collaborate closely with client contacts to meet project objectives, manage client-facing video calls for project setups, and use internal tools to troubleshoot problems. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary client liaison for the Event Travel Department across the US
- Assist travelers with cancellations, modifications, and updates for hotel, flight, car, and rail itineraries
- Deliver accurate and detailed fare information as requested
- Partner with client contacts to understand program objectives and critical success factors
- Maintain project documentation to comply with contracts and service level agreements
- Coordinate program planning from the post-sale stage to final billing
- Participate in regular team meetings regarding new products, industry updates, and initiatives
Requirements
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suites
- Ability to participate in client-facing video calls for setup and project management

Qualifications
- One to three years of group travel planning experience
- Knowledge of Navan TravelXen and travel bookings
- Four or more years of GDS experience, preferably including Sabre for PNR building and ticketing, Amadeus, and NDC
- Basic understanding of world geography and an interest in travel
