Job Description
Chili Piper is hiring a fully remote Events Marketing Manager to run its global event program for go-to-market teams. The company is a B2B SaaS business that helps sales teams convert incoming interest into qualified meetings quickly. The posting states the role is open only to candidates in Canada and the United States. The position sits within marketing and works with sales and partnerships on events that range from executive dinners and industry conferences to webinars and the annual ChiliPalooza gathering.
The manager owns the yearly event calendar, deciding where the company should show up and why. Responsibilities include arranging logistics, budgets, venues, vendors and on-site coordination, creating landing pages for events and webinars, building segmented audiences from Salesforce and HubSpot records, and sending invitations, reminders and follow-ups. The role also covers producing virtual events from speaker preparation through the live broadcast, tracking attendance and pipeline impact, repurposing event content for social channels and leading a debrief after each event. The posting calls it a hands-on role, not one that hands briefs to an agency.
Candidates should bring two-plus years in events, field marketing or community work, ideally in B2B SaaS, along with experience planning gatherings of different sizes. Hands-on use of Salesforce, HubSpot and event platforms such as Luma or Zoom Webinars is expected, along with comfort managing email lists and running promotion campaigns. Travel to events is required as needed. The posting gives no salary figure and says pay is set at market rate for the person's location. Benefits include unlimited vacation, health, dental and vision insurance, the equipment and software needed for the job, a $2,000 annual professional development stipend, stock options and an annual company retreat.
