The ideal individual is comfortable establishing new processes from the ground up, engaging passive executive candidates directly, and providing consultative guidance to senior leadership.

- Create the internal executive search playbook and determine when to utilize external search agencies
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
Requirements

- Business acumen and executive presence to advise C-suite leaders and vice presidents on the talent market
- Demonstrated history of handling intricate offers involving multi-stakeholder discussions and equity
