WR Immigration is seeking an Experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding global corporate immigration practice on a full-time, 100% remote basis. While remote applicants are welcome, candidates residing in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones are given preference. The firm delivers high-touch legal services across more than 100 countries and operates offices in multiple metropolitan areas, supported by a large team of professionals.
In this position, the attorney will manage a high volume of rapid-turnover cases, conduct comprehensive reviews of work produced by legal support teams, and guide clients through various immigration matters. The role involves close collaboration with paralegals, legal assistants, team managers, and partners to ensure proper filing and strategic execution.
This opportunity is well-suited for a licensed legal professional with extensive background in business immigration who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. The compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and explain business immigration options to clients
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout and after the application process regarding compliance and program management
- Supervise and work alongside supporting personnel to guarantee correct preparation and filing of applications
- Sustain high levels of accuracy across high-volume and rapid-turnover caseloads
- Answer questions from clients and staff during the entire filing procedure
Requirements
- Valid membership in a relevant Bar association
- At least five years of business immigration experience
- Extensive familiarity with nonimmigrant visa types including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, and J-1
- Extensive familiarity with employment-based permanent residency matters such as PERM, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and adjustment of status
- Substantial background handling challenging case problems such as complex Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny
- Ability to submit a resume, cover letter, and writing sample
