Responsibilities
- Build and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
- Automate manual reports using Excel, Power Query, Macros, VBA or Power BI.
- Analyze performance trends and identify drivers of productivity, backlog and SLA results.
- Prepare executive summaries and report packs for governance meetings.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance and accounting, data analytics or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in reporting, data analysis, operations analytics or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables and Macros or VBA.
Qualifications
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
