Responsibilities
- Run preventive and corrective maintenance for facility equipment
- Supervise contractors for repairs and scheduled maintenance
- Manage facility tickets within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate site build-outs and renovations with internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a licensed electrical engineer
- Willingness to work extended hours and report on-site in Davao
- Knowledge of generator sets, UPS systems and electrical plans
Qualifications
- Basic project management experience on build-outs or renovations
