One Medical is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its team at the Ponce City Market clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. In this position, the physician oversees a patient panel and handles a diverse mix of well visits as well as acute and chronic care needs. Responsibilities include delivering care in office settings or testing centers, conducting occasional telehealth appointments, performing clinical procedures, and providing supervision to nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues. The schedule involves participation in weekly clinical rounds and regular collaboration with both on-site teammates and virtual clinical groups.

Responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive patient panel with acute, chronic, and well-visit needs
- Provide medical care in physical office locations, testing centers, and through occasional telehealth appointments
- Perform in-office clinical procedures relevant to specialized training
- Supervise one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues
- Participate in weekly clinical rounds and daily team huddles
- Collaborate continuously with both physical office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care if required
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced for at least two of the last five years in an outpatient primary care setting treating all ages
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Georgia prior to the start date
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with an intent to secure certification within one year of hire
