Job Description
Litify seeks a Field Marketing Manager to oversee and expand its live events, regional roadshows, and industry trade shows. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in New York, Litify provides an AI-native platform of action utilized by corporate legal departments and law firms. In this full-time position, the chosen professional will direct end-to-end event strategy, manage budgets and vendors, coordinate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline generation, and ensure every attendee touchpoint reflects the corporate brand. Approximately 25 to 30 percent travel is required.
This role suits an autonomous, highly organized marketer who thrives in dynamic settings and does not rely on a pre-existing playbook. The candidate will design strategies, collaborate with internal marketing and customer success groups, and measure return on investment for executive dinners, roundtables, happy hours, and large conferences.
Litify offers a base salary range of $115,000 to $125,000, along with a bonus and benefits. While the position is fully remote for most locations, individuals residing in New York City or New Jersey follow a hybrid schedule requiring six days per month in the Manhattan office.

- Plan and manage Litify-hosted events including executive dinners, workshops, roundtables, happy hours, and regional roadshows
- Organize trade shows and industry conferences by handling booth strategy, sponsorships, hosted gatherings, and on-site meetings

- Partner with Sales to determine target markets, identify key accounts, boost attendance, and cultivate pipeline growth
- Support customer and partner events to foster relationships and expand the company book of business
- Track and report on metrics such as attendance, influenced pipeline, and financial return
- Travel to events approximately 25 to 30 percent of the time
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in field or event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization
- Demonstrate a history of managing programs independently from conception through completion

- Demonstrate comfort interacting with sales teams, senior stakeholders, customers, and executives
- Have hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce alongside event or marketing automation platforms
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Splash for event management
