The person in this role will travel across Edinburgh and nearby territories to map, pitch, and sign up high-value Chinese eateries. Responsibilities

- Support and monitor new restaurant performance during their initial eight weeks on the platform

Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese Mandarin with the ability to negotiate and build professional commercial partnerships
- Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of targeting new business and meeting commercial targets

- Ability to work independently and spend significant time traveling in the field
