The company seeks a full-time Financial Analyst to join the finance department and support operational analysis, financial planning, and reporting initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this position works closely with corporate finance and clinical operations teams to maintain forecasting models, monitor expenses, and track performance indicators. Responsibilities
- Maintain and update monthly financial models, rolling forecasts, and annual budget templates
- Perform budget-versus-actual variance analyses during monthly and quarterly closes to surface operational trends
- Prepare routine financial reporting packages and operational dashboards for leadership and department heads
- Partner with Accounting on expense tracking and with HR to track headcount updates against budget
- Gather and clean data for strategic analyses including provider capacity planning and visit volume trends
- Assist in testing, implementing, and maintaining FP&A software and Business Intelligence reporting tools
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all financial systems and reporting outputs
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics, or equivalent experience
- One or more years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting, including strong internships
- Core proficiency in Microsoft Excel such as formulas, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
- Foundational understanding of financial statements and basic accounting concepts
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship needs
Qualifications
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with modern FP&A software
- Experience utilizing SQL for data querying and analysis
- Prior internship or work experience in a healthcare, healthtech, or venture-backed startup environment
