Sprout Social seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst for Corporate FP&A to support its Finance team. Based in the Philippines, this position reports directly to the Director of Corporate FP&A. The Corporate FP&A function acts as the financial backbone of the organization, delivering accurate reporting and strategic insights for a dynamic public company.
This role is designed for an analytically driven, detail-focused finance professional who can navigate a fast-paced environment and handle recurring reporting deadlines. Key duties involve consolidating profit and loss and headcount forecasts using Pigment, executing the month-end close process in collaboration with Accounting, and maintaining corporate dashboards. The individual will also generate decision-ready updates for the Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations, while participating in ad hoc financial modeling for corporate initiatives.
The annual salary for this position spans from PHP 680,000 to 850,000. Candidates must be capable of working hours aligned with 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time, which translates to 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Standard Time. Responsibilities
- Consolidate headcount and profit and loss forecasts within Pigment to maintain accuracy and timeliness across planning cycles
- Prepare decision-ready presentation materials and reports for executive leadership, the board, and investor relations
- Partner with Accounting during the close process in Pigment to ensure actual financial results are correctly reconciled and reported
- Own core corporate dashboards and reports in Pigment to provide stakeholders with reliable data access
- Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic projects and executive requests
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager for Corporate and General and Administrative FP&A alongside the FP&A Systems and AI Manager on broader planning initiatives
Requirements
- Three to five or more years of professional experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a related analytical discipline
- Demonstrated background in headcount and profit and loss consolidation or forecasting
- Familiarity supporting executive-level reporting for boards, executive leadership, or investor relations under strict deadlines
- Advanced financial modeling capabilities and strong Excel proficiency with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication to interface with global stakeholders
- Availability to work shifts from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time, equivalent to 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
- Residency in the Philippines
Qualifications
- Hands-on practice using Pigment or similar enterprise performance management and planning tools such as Anaplan or Adaptive Planning
- Background working in a public company or a high-growth SaaS business
- Experience utilizing NetSuite or comparable enterprise resource planning software during financial close cycles
- Track record of executing independent ad hoc modeling and cross-functional analysis outside of core duties
