Job Description

GTM Base is an AI-first go-to-market engineering and RevOps agency that works with post-product-market-fit B2B companies whose revenue systems are not keeping up with their growth. Each pod pairs a strategist with a CRM builder and a data-layer engineer, and the team fixes the foundations before running campaigns.

This forward-deployed CRM Architect works inside clients' live CRMs, mostly HubSpot, to build and run their go-to-market processes. The role owns the CRM layer: object model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, deal logic, lead routing, automations, properties, permissions and reporting. The architect moves between several client instances at once, building lead lifecycles and routing, debugging broken automations, cleaning up duplicate records and shipping dashboards for executives. The strategist sets direction and hands over requirements, while the GTM engineer handles enrichment and list building.

The company runs its operations on Claude Code and expects AI to be the default way of working. The posting asks for deep HubSpot knowledge spanning all four hub products (Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations), solid CRM and RevOps grounding, and an admin's discipline in testing, data quality and documentation. A builder's instinct with APIs and webhooks, a full-time commitment with dependable overlap into CET working hours, and comfort with client-facing work are also required. Salesforce experience, scripting skills, German and HubSpot certifications are listed as advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain go-to-market processes and automation inside client HubSpot instances
  • Turn requirements from the pod strategist into working, tested CRM builds
  • Build and debug workflows and integrations across HubSpot, n8n and APIs
  • Protect data integrity through deduplication, field validation and clean imports
  • Build pipeline, conversion and funnel reporting that leadership can rely on
  • Design data flows between HubSpot and tools such as Clay, telephony and billing systems
  • Keep several client instances healthy at once and document what you build
  • Codify reusable plays and patterns for the wider team

Requirements

  • Hands-on HubSpot depth across all four hubs of the platform
  • Solid CRM and RevOps grounding in lifecycle, routing, pipelines, data modeling and governance
  • Admin's discipline: test before shipping and keep data clean
  • Builder's instinct for workflows, integrations, APIs and webhooks
  • AI-first working style that reaches for agents and workflows before manual work
  • Comfort building for several clients in parallel
  • Full-time commitment with dependable overlap into CET working hours

Qualifications

  • Salesforce work as an admin or builder, ideally syncing or migrating from HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of enrichment and scraping tools such as Clay, Apify, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Clearbit
  • n8n orchestration and custom API integration
  • Scripting in Python, SQL or JavaScript
  • German language skills, since many clients are in the DACH region
  • HubSpot certifications (valued, but not a requirement)

Core Skills

Benefits

  • Hands-on client build work from the first day
  • Direct work with an experienced RevOps leader in Europe
  • Varied B2B businesses, technology setups and go-to-market challenges to work on
