Job Description
Flex is hiring a Founder's Associate for its Strategy Team to join the founding group of the Office of the CEO. This position involves working directly alongside the Founder and Chief Executive Officer on the organization's most critical strategic initiatives.
Flex operates as an artificial intelligence-native private bank targeting affluent business owners with annual revenues between three million and two hundred million dollars. The company rebuilds the entire financial system for entrepreneurs by combining banking, credit, payments, and financial operations into a single intelligent platform. Since launching publicly in September 2023, the enterprise has scaled rapidly toward profitability with substantial venture backing.
This opportunity suits high-caliber operators who thrive in fast-paced, high-intensity environments and possess strong quantitative skills. The scope of work is defined by the company's urgent needs rather than a rigid job description, requiring the individual to tackle complex operational challenges, conduct market research, build financial models, and execute cross-functional projects without existing playbooks. As the department expands, the person in this role will also assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing subsequent associates.
The position offers a chance to gain direct exposure to leadership while helping shape the trajectory of a generational financial technology company.
