Angkas is hiring an FP&A Business Partner on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines. The role leads annual budgeting for assigned functions, owns rolling forecasts and budget-versus-actual reviews, and builds driver-based forecasting models linked to operational metrics. It also acts as finance partner to transport operations, marketing and technology leaders, explains variances in revenue, GMV, margin and EBITDA, and builds dashboards for decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual bottom-up budgeting for assigned functions, aligned with strategic priorities.
- Own rolling forecasts, reforecasts and budget-versus-actual reviews across teams.
- Build driver-based forecasting models and scenario analyses for strategic and investment decisions.
- Explain variances through revenue, GMV, gross margin, EBITDA and cost-driver bridges, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics.
- 5 to 8 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally business-partnering specific functions.
- Advanced Excel skills, ERP exposure (NetSuite preferred) and a BI tool.
- Prior FP&A experience in mobility, fintech, e-commerce, delivery, telco or FMCG commercial finance.
Qualifications
- CPA, CFA or MBA is a plus.
- SQL is desirable.
- Works well with leaders across operations, marketing and technology.
