Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the consolidated corporate model using the Abacum platform to handle three-statement P&L, cash flow, headcount planning, non-personnel expenses, and SaaS metrics
- Drive the annual budgeting process and share monthly review decks utilizing Abacum
- Collaborate directly with leaders across GTM, R&D, and G&A to act as a strategic finance partner
- Compile board reporting documentation
- Directly administer the SaaS metrics framework including ARR bridges, retention rates, cohort analysis, CAC payback, and sales capacity modeling
- Lead vendor procurement operations alongside Tropic, overseeing complex usage agreements with major suppliers
- Manage the end-to-end revenue commissions procedure from plan creation to payout
- Deliver strategic analytical insights regarding pricing strategies and segment profitability
Requirements
- Possess 6 to 10 years of progressive finance experience featuring deep expertise in forecasting and financial modeling
- Demonstrate at least one prior tenure at a startup or high-growth business
- Show direct professional experience working with SaaS metrics and recurring-revenue mechanics
- Maintain proficiency with macOS and remote collaboration software like Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and NetSuite
- Be authorized to work from a home location within the United States
Qualifications
- Prior employment at a company sized between 100 and 1,000 employees
- Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence platforms such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau, or Claude
- Background in investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development
- Direct involvement in a company-side fundraise, corporate audit, or diligence procedure
- Experience with systems implementations including ERP migrations or planning tool rollouts
