Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve core operating models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario planning cycles
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes while maintaining high forecast accuracy
- Produce accurate, timely, and conclusion-first monthly reporting packages for leadership and the board
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPI dashboards for business operations
- Execute monthly and quarterly close variance analyses to surface trends, risks, and opportunities
- Partner with BI and data engineering to scale and automate recurring analytical workflows
- Leverage artificial intelligence applications to enhance financial analytical standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking, or equity research
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end modeling and forecasting with minimal supervision
- Advanced financial modeling expertise
- Experience utilizing planning software such as Abacum, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
- Proficiency with business intelligence platforms like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with modern artificial intelligence tools including ChatGPT or Claude
