Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly P&A close and review agent-drafted narratives across revenue, margin, and KPIs.
- Oversee the monthly expense close by reconciling actuals against budget and validating variances.
- Present monthly financial results to the Wellz CEO and corporate finance leadership.
- Coordinate quarterly forecasts, correct errors, and defend figures internally before submission.
- Drive the annual budget process on the cost and FP&A side by directing models and stress-testing scenarios.
- Translate financial data into proactive recommendations regarding margin, cost, and investment choices.
Requirements
- Hold three or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a comparable analytical finance role.
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate financial modeling and analysis.
- Build and maintain spreadsheet-based financial models independently under strict time constraints.
- Translate complex P&L data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Demonstrate fluency in English for regular communication with the global finance organization.
