Compensation is task-based, with earnings equivalent to up to $11.50 per hour depending on the worker's country of residence, and disbursements occur weekly.
Responsibilities
- Rate design samples based on typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, execution, and overall polish
- Apply detailed scoring rubrics to maintain consistency across large volumes of design examples
- Pinpoint specific design flaws in individual slides ranging from minor font discrepancies to major structural issues
- Modify flawed slides using surrounding project references to establish visual cohesion
- Identify and flag ambiguous examples and edge cases
Requirements

- At least two years of professional experience working as a graphic designer, marketing professional, or social media marketing specialist
- Solid understanding of color theory, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and design efficacy
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks
- Willingness to receive feedback and adjust ratings accordingly
Qualifications
- Prior background in design review, quality assurance, or art direction with the ability to objectively critique work against industry standards
- Familiarity with modern design applications such as Figma or Sketch
- Previous experience with data annotation or training artificial intelligence models
Core Skills
Benefits
- Fully remote work arrangement allowing contractors to operate from anywhere with a laptop and stable internet connection
