M3 USA is seeking a freelance Freelance Interview Host - Multilingual (Remote) to support its Market Research Project Management division. M3 is a global provider of research and technology solutions for the healthcare and life sciences sectors, operating within a publicly traded group that serves millions of physician members worldwide. This remote position involves managing the day-to-day call operations for online qualitative market research studies, ensuring projects finish on schedule.
The person in this role will act as the primary contact for technical platform issues, help prepare respondents for scheduled sessions, and assist with moderator and interpreter training. Operating hours for this position fall between 03:00 and 20:00 EST. Applicants are asked to state the languages they speak fluently when applying.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical platform contact for both internal and external users
- Evaluate user technical support levels and deliver timely assistance
- Help respondents prepare to join scheduled interviews punctually
- Facilitate the beginning of scheduled interviews and offer troubleshooting help
- Assist with moderator and interpreter training sessions prior to project launches
- Triage and report issues to the QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team
- Record technical problems and their resolutions for customers and internal process improvement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates to provide internal technical guidance
Requirements
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems and product suites
- Be familiar with internet browsers including Safari, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox
- Understand Apple and Android mobile devices
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Apply strong interpersonal skills to interact across all organizational levels
- Explain technical steps clearly and simply in both written and verbal forms
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve current and potential issues
- Exercise self-motivation, time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline
- Operate within the scheduled hours of 03:00 to 20:00 EST
- Disclose fluent spoken languages during application
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Be multilingual
- Possess previous experience supporting customers with qualitative online platforms
- Bring past customer service or call center experience
