Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects and change initiatives involving datagovernance, information management, and digital collaboration
• Drive strategic initiatives including the expansion of a DataHub as a data catalog, reinforcing datagovernance, and executing the artificial intelligence strategy
• Map requirements and stakeholders, translate them into a practical approach and functional specifications, track progress, and coordinate between technical partners, business units, and policy makers
• Guide teams and staff members toward sustainable information management and responsible data usage
• Design and deliver practical training sessions and awareness initiatives covering correct data management, data quality, Power BI, and data storytelling
• Handle the practical and content coordination for events such as Inforum, including program development, speaker liaison, organizational follow-up, and clear communication

Requirements

• Experience as a project leader working on development projects or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with a data environment or a DataHub functioning as a data catalog
• Proficiency with MS Project alongside project management techniques like issue management and risk management
• Familiarity with roles, processes, organization, and terminology inside a project management methodology such as PMBOK or Prince2
• Experience utilizing Microsoft 365, specifically Teams and SharePoint
• Understanding of metadata, datagovernance, information classification, access management, roles and responsibilities, and data quality
• Ability to independently coordinate and drive change initiatives and projects
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and information management
• Knowledge concerning data storytelling and Power BI
• Awareness of artificial intelligence governance and responsible artificial intelligence usage
• Capability to analyze needs, translate them into functional requirements and achievable strategies, and communicate complex information clearly

Qualifications

• Hold a master's degree or bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of ITIL
