The organization is currently hiring a Freelance Social Media Manager to join its Danish team on a remote, part-time basis. Working approximately 8 to 12 hours each week, this contractor will support Prime Video's social media presence for Premier League broadcasts. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for football, speaks Danish fluently, and can produce engaging short-form video content and graphic assets for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Responsibilities include designing platform-native material, producing reactive coverage during live weekend and evening matches, and collaborating with an international team across different geographic markets.
Responsibilities
- Produce and publish Premier League content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from concept to completion
- Edit short-form video assets encompassing match highlights, interviews, documentaries, and player clips
- Build visual assets such as carousels and graphics utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Track viral football trends, memes, and social media formats relevant to Danish audiences
- Provide reactive social media coverage during live Prime Video Premier League broadcasts primarily on weekends and selected evenings
- Write captivating Danish social copy, headlines, and captions
- Assess content performance metrics to inform future strategies
- Participate in team planning sessions and contribute original ideas
Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Danish
- Strong communication skills in English
- Deep enthusiasm for football and the Premier League
- Proven background in editing short-form social media videos
- Experience in designing visual content and graphics
- Familiarity with design and editing programs like CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or comparable tools
