Henkik Investments is hiring two Front End Loader Operators based in Harare. This full-time, on-site role involves running heavy machinery safely and efficiently to hit production targets. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication abilities, collaborate well within a team, remain self-motivated, and maintain a strict focus on workplace safety.
Selected operators will handle machine maintenance, respect optimum working parameters, follow standard operating procedures, and adhere to company quality and safety policies. This position suits individuals with prior mobile equipment operation experience who can spot unexpected issues and maintain clear communication channels with supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Front-End Loader safely and effectively to meet production targets
- Comply with site standards, procedures, and company safety and quality guidelines
- Maintain the equipment properly according to established standards
- Communicate effectively both ways to keep the equipment running well
- Spot unexpected technical problems and notify the supervisor when higher-level support is needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- At least one year of experience operating a Front-End Loader machine
- Mobile equipment operator competence certification
- Medical fitness
- Minimum of one Ordinary Level education
